Nonna's Vineyard

In the month of –agosto- August, nonno and Giovanni drove to the farm to check on the vines. The vines were sprayed with sulphate, and lime was thrown under them. “Nonno why do we spray the vines and put stuff on the ground?” asked Giovanni. “Ah Tato, the vines need food like you, especially after sleeping all winter. This makes them grow strong and produce lots of grapes in the spring.
